QUESTION: What replaces the 506 SE gas control box?

ANSWER:
This was replaced with the 509 SE GB; code 3003383.
NOTE: Unfortunately, Siemens are no longer producing these control boxes. As the affected burners are likely to be pre 1996 CE certification (20 or more years old!) Riello would recommend the complete replacement of the burner including the obsolescent control box to bring them in line with current standards.



QUESTION: What replaces the 505 SE gas control box?

ANSWER:
This was replaced with the 508 SE/GB; code 3001146, and required a wiring modification which can be downloaded below.
NB: This is not recommended for GAS H, GAS 1 or GAS 2
NOTE: Unfortunately, Siemens are no longer producing these control boxes. As the affected burners are likely to be pre 1996 CE certification (20 or more years old!) Riello would recommend the complete replacement of the burner including the obsolescent control box to bring them in line with current standards.

ANSWER:
This has been replaced with the RMO 503 SE; code 3001150, and requires a wiring modification which can be downloaded below.

QUESTION: What replaces the 483 SE oil control box?

ANSWER:
This has been replaced with the 530 SE; code 3001156.
All these control boxes excluding the 483, require alterations to control box base wiring.



QUESTION: To which burner would you fit the low voltage 525SE control box?

ANSWER:
Only the R40 GS3, GS5, FS3 and FS5.



QUESTION: What replaces the 508 SE gas control box?

ANSWER:
This is replaced by the RMG 508 SE control box; code 3001138. A direct plug in replacement, no wiring modifications required.

QUESTION: Are the LMG22 and RMG/M control boxes interchagable

ANSWER:
These control boxes are NOT interchangable.
The RMG/M control box was introduced on the RS/M BLU range or burners in February 2007.
The LMG22 control box is still availble as a spare part:
